To ensure your safety, please exercise caution while at the cabin. Please be aware that the deck and stairs outside can become slippery in freezing conditions.
To maintain the quality of your stay, we kindly request a maximum of 4 guests total. However, exceptions can be made for children if you message us in advance.
To maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our cabin, we have a strict no-smoking policy. If you need to smoke, we kindly ask that you do so on the gravel areas and dispose of your cigarettes properly.
Our cabin operates on a well and septic system. Please be mindful of what you flush down the toilet and only dispose of natural waste and toilet paper. In the event of a clogged septic, a minimum charge of $300 will apply, and you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
We invite you to relax in our hot tub, but kindly ask that you review the hot tub rules found in the welcome book before entering. To ensure the safety of all guests, no glass or food of any kind is allowed in the hot tub. Non-breakable cups are provided for your convenience, and please refrain from adding any oils, salts, or other substances to the hot tub.
We understand that pets are a part of the family and are welcome for a fee of $35. Please use the provided pet blankets located in the coffee table if pets will be on furniture, and kindly keep them leashed when outside as the property is not fenced. Please clean up after your pet using the provided poop bags and crate them if left unattended. Any damage caused by pets will be the responsibility of the guest.
Lastly, please be aware that our property is not child-proof. There are stairs, a seasonal creek, and the outside deck does not have a railing all the way around (though it is low enough to not require a railing). Please supervise children and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety.
